The recently renovated 8435 Stemmons Freeway has a new leasing agent in Jones Lang LaSalle.
The commercial real estate firm was selected to lease the space by the property owner, Red River Asset Management, LLC.
The 230,000-square-foot building, which sits off Interstate 35 in Dallas, was recently renovated.
The building was built in 1971 and renovated for The First American Corp. in 1997. The Dallas-based firm of Staffelbach Design Associates recently finished a second renovation of the building’s lobby.
James Esquivel and Jeff Eckert with Jones Lang LaSalle will be leading the leasing efforts.
